Bill of lading not invalidated by improper signature

79. Bill of lading not invalidated by improper signature

The fact that any receipt acknowledgment or bill of lading has been signed
contrary to the provisions of section seventy-five shall not of itself
invalidate any such receipt acknowledgment or bill of lading or in any way
affect the operation thereof.
