Dealing with untrue bills of lading

78. Dealing with untrue bills of lading

Every person who deposits or assigns either by way of sale or of pledge or
otherwise deals with any receipt acknowledgment or bill of lading as aforesaid
knowing that such receipt acknowledgment or bill of lading has been signed
contrary to the provisions of this Part shall be guilty of an indictable
offence.
