PART 8 REPEAL OF CERTAIN PARTS OF THIS ACT

Repeal of Parts 4 to 7 and this Part

41. Repeal of Parts 4 to 7 and this Part

This Part and Parts 4 to 7 are repealed on the first anniversary of the
commencement of the Parts. Note The repeal of this Part and Parts 4 to 7 does
not affect the continuing operation of the amendments made by the Parts (see
section 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984).
