40. New section 36 inserted in the Parliamentary Administration Act 2005

After section 35 of the Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 insert-

"36. Transitional provision-repeal of Division 7 of Part 3 Any application
begun but not completed under Division 7 of Part 3 immediately before the
repeal of the Division by section 39 of the
Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009 may be continued and completed in
accordance with that Division, as if that Division were still in operation.".
