20. Outworkers are employees for the purposes of certain laws



(1) Section 4(2)(b) of the Outworkers (Improved Protection) Act 2003 is
repealed.

(2) Section 4(2)(ea) of the Outworkers (Improved Protection) Act 2003 is
repealed.

(3) In section 4(2)(f) of the Outworkers (Improved Protection) Act 2003-

   (a)  omit "(including common rule orders)";

   (b)  for "(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (ea)" substitute "(a), (c), (d) or
        (e)".
