Definitions

18. Definitions



(1) In section 15A of the
Public Sector Employment (Award Entitlements) Act 2006, in the definition of
collective agreement, after paragraph (b) insert-



"(c) an enterprise agreement made under the Commonwealth Fair Work Act;".

(2) In section 15A of the
Public Sector Employment (Award Entitlements) Act 2006, in the definition of
statutory industrial agreement, for "collective agreement." substitute
"collective agreement or an individual flexibility arrangement made under the
Commonwealth Fair Work Act.".
