(1) In section 5(2)(b) of the
Public Sector Employment (Award Entitlements) Act 2006, for "Commission."
substitute "Commission;".

(2) After section 5(2)(b) of the
Public Sector Employment (Award Entitlements) Act 2006 insert-



"(c) an order or determination of Fair Work Australia made under the
Commonwealth Fair Work Act or the Fair Work Transition Act.".
