PART 5 AMENDMENT OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYMENT (AWARD ENTITLEMENTS) ACT 2006

Definitions

14. Definitions

In section 3(1) of the Public Sector Employment (Award Entitlements) Act 2006-

   (a)  insert the following definitions-

"Commonwealth Fair Work Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth
as in force from time to time; Fair Work Australia has the same meaning as it
has in the Commonwealth Fair Work Act; Fair Work Transition Act means the
Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 of
the Commonwealth;";

(b) in the definition of Commonwealth Act, for "from time to time" substitute
"as in force before the WR Act repeal day (within the meaning of the Fair Work
Transition Act)";

(c) in the definition of workplace agreement, after "Commonwealth Act" insert
"and includes any workplace agreement that is the subject of a transitional
arrangement under the Fair Work Transition Act";

(d) in the definition of workplace determination, after "Commonwealth Act"
insert "and includes any workplace determination that is the subject of a
transitional arrangement under the Fair Work Transition Act".
