11. Contracting out prohibited

For section 79(3) of the Long Service Leave Act 1992 substitute-

"(3) In this section, employment agreement does not include-

   (a)  a workplace agreement to which paragraph (c) of the definition of
        federal agreement applies;

   (b)  any terms and conditions of employment to which an employee is
        entitled under an award to which paragraph (b), (c) or (d) of the
        definition of federal award applies.".
