FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 99

A final order remains in force—

        (a)     if a period is specified in the order, for the specified period unless it is sooner revoked by the court or set aside on appeal; or

        (b)     if no period is specified in the order, until it is revoked by the court or set aside on appeal.

This Part applies in relation to a recognised DVO, as if that DVO were a family violence intervention order. See Part 4 of the National Domestic Violence Order Scheme Act 2016 .
