93. Condition prohibiting contact with child

If the court decides under section 91 that it may jeopardise the protected
person's or child's safety for the child to live with, spend time with or
communicate with the respondent, the court must include a condition in the
family violence intervention order prohibiting the respondent from living
with, spending time with or communicating with the child.
