Variation of relevant Family Law Act order

90. Variation of relevant Family Law Act order



(1) This section applies if-

   (a)  after making enquiries under section 89, the court is satisfied there
        is a Family Law Act order in force in relation to the child; and

   (b)  the family violence intervention order and the Family Law Act order
        will be inconsistent.

(2) The court must, to the extent of its powers under section 68R of the
Family Law Act, revive, vary, discharge or suspend the Family Law Act order to
the extent that it is inconsistent with the family violence intervention
order.
