80. Safety of affected person and children paramount in deciding conditions

In deciding the conditions to be included in a family violence intervention
order, the court must give paramount consideration to the safety of-

   (a)  the affected family member for the application for the family violence
        intervention order; and

   (b)  any children who have been subjected to the family violence to which
        the application relates.
