Interim order may be made in absence of respondent etc.

54. Interim order may be made in absence of respondent etc.

An interim order may be made-

   (a)  whether or not the respondent has been served with a copy of the
        application for a family violence intervention order; and

   (b)  whether or not the respondent is present when the interim order is
        made.
