Registrar may issue summons on application for family violence intervention order

49. Registrar may issue summons on application for family violence
intervention order

If an application for a family violence intervention order has been made to
the court, the appropriate registrar for the court may issue a summons
requiring the respondent to attend at the court for the hearing of the
application.
