FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 223
Interstate and New Zealand orders(1) An interstate summary protection order registered in the court immediately before the commencement day is taken, on and from the commencement day, to be a corresponding interstate order registered under the new Act.
(2) A New Zealand protection order registered in the court immediately before the commencement day is taken, on and from the commencement day, to be a corresponding New Zealand order registered under the new Act.
