FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 120
No further appeal(1) There is no appeal against the decision of the County Court or the Supreme Court under section 119.

(2) Nothing in this section prevents an appeal from the County Court or the Supreme Court on the basis of a jurisdictional error.
