Supplier must comply with requirements

67F. Supplier must comply with requirements



(1) If section 67E is not complied with in relation to a telephone marketing
agreement, the supplier under the agreement and any person entering into the
agreement on behalf of the supplier are each guilty of an offence and liable
to a penalty of not more than-

   (a)  120 penalty units, in the case of a natural person; or

   (b)  240 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.

(2) The supplier under a telephone marketing agreement cannot enforce the
agreement against the purchaser if the supplier or a person entering into the
agreement on behalf of the supplier fails to comply with section 67E.
