32Z. Offences relating to prescribed unfair terms



(1) A supplier must not use in relation to a consumer a standard form contract
containing a prescribed unfair term.

Penalty: 10 penalty units, in the case of a natural person. 20 penalty units,
in the case of a body corporate.

(2) A person must not attempt to enforce a prescribed unfair term in a
standard form contract whether entered into before or after the term is
prescribed.

Penalty: 10 penalty units, in the case of a natural person. 20 penalty units,
in the case of a body corporate.
