Contract of supply not illegal etc.

32TA. Contract of supply not illegal etc.



(1) A contract of supply of goods or services is not illegal, void or
unenforceable by reason only that the supplier is guilty of an offence under
this Part.



(2) If a supplier commits an offence referred to in subsection (1), the
purchaser does not, by reason only of having been a party to the contract,
aid, abet, counsel or procure the commission of the offence.
