Penalty for including void provision relating to antecedent negotiations

32RA. Penalty for including void provision relating to antecedent negotiations

A supplier or a person by whom or on whose behalf any antecedent negotiations
are conducted must not include or permit to be included in a contract of
supply of goods or services a provision that by reason of section 32R is void.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person. 120 penalty units,
in the case of a body corporate.
