Application of Part

32CA. Application of Part

This Part applies to contracts of supply of goods or services entered into on
or after the commencement of section 11 of the Fair Trading (Amendment) Act
2003. Note
Part IV of the Goods Act 1958 continues to apply to contracts of sale of goods
or services and leases (within the meaning of that Part) entered into before
the commencement of section 75 of the Fair Trading (Amendment) Act 2003. See
section 122 of the Goods Act 1958.
