32B. What are conditions and warranties?



(1) In this Part a reference to a condition in relation to a contract of
supply of goods or services is a reference to a term of the contract the
breach of which may give rise to a right to treat the contract as repudiated.

(2) In this Part a reference to a warranty in relation to a contract of supply
of goods or services is a reference to a term of the contract the breach of
which may give rise to a claim for damages but not to a right to treat the
contract as repudiated.
