Entry of premises open to the public

120. Entry of premises open to the public

An inspector may do either or both of the following-

   (a)  enter and inspect any part of a premises which is, at the time of the
        entry and inspection, open to the public;

   (b)  purchase goods or services at such a premises at such a time and at
        such a price at which it is available to the public to purchase.
