Funds of Committees

53. Funds of Committees



(1) On the transfer date, any money held by a former Committee forms part of
the Industry Supervision Fund under Part 5.

(2) In this section-

former committee means-

   (a)  the Credit Unions Advisory Committee established by Part 7 of the
        Financial Institutions (Victoria) Act 1992;

   (b)  the Friendly Societies Advisory Committee under Part 6 of the Friendly
        Societies (Victoria) Act 1996;

   (c)  the Victorian Building Societies Advisory Committee under Part 2 of
        the Building Societies Act 1986.
