Delegation of AFIC's powers

22. Delegation of AFIC's powers



(1) AFIC's board may delegate AFIC's powers to an appropriately qualified
employee of AFIC.

(2) In subsection (1), appropriately qualified includes having the
qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
