19. Repeals on transfer date



(1) The Building Societies Act 1986 is repealed.

(2) Parts 2, 3, 4 and 5, sections 25, 26, 42, 43, 43A, 48 and 48A and Parts 7,
8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 of the Financial Institutions (Victoria) Act 1992 are
repealed.

(3) Parts 2, 3 and 4, sections 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 and Parts 6, 7, 8, 9 and
10 and Schedule 1 of the Friendly Societies (Victoria) Act 1996 are repealed.
