Financial statements of Industry Supervision Fund

18. Financial statements of Industry Supervision Fund



(1) As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the Minister
must cause to be prepared financial statements of the
Industry Supervision Fund for that year.

(2) The Minister must cause copies of the financial statements to be available
for inspection by the public during ordinary working hours.

(3) This section is in addition to the requirements of Part 7 of the
Financial Management Act 1994.
