Ratification of Agreement

5. Ratification of Agreement



(1) The Agreement is ratified and takes effect as if its provisions had been
expressly enacted in this Act.

(2) The Secretary to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is
empowered to carry out the Agreement, or the Agreement as amended from time to
time.
