Carbon rights agreement not forest property agreement or interest in land

14. Carbon rights agreement not forest property agreement or interest in land



(1) A carbon rights agreement is not a forest property agreement for the
purposes of this Act.

(2) A carbon rights agreement is deemed not to be an interest in land.
