30. Regulations

The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any matter
which by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or which is
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to

Regulation Act 1981 was assented to on 5 January 1982 and came into operation
