Application of orders etc.

18. Application of orders etc.

Any order declaration or notice authorized to be made or given under this Act
may be made or given so as to apply according to its tenor to-

   (a)  persons generally;

   (b)  all or any persons included in a class of persons;

   (c)  in the case of an order, any person to whom a notice is given in
        pursuance of the order;

   (d)  all or any persons in any area;

   (e)  any particular person;

   (f)  the sale of fuel to a particular person by a particular person;

   (g)  fuel generally;

   (h)  any class of fuel;

        (i)    all or any fuel in any area; or

   (j)  specific fuel.
