Limitation of liability

8. Limitation of liability



(1) No Trustee shall except in the case of bad faith be liable or accountable
for any acts matters or things done or omitted to be done by such Trustee in
or about or in connection with the carrying out of the rights powers or
authorities conferred by this Act.

(2) Every Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed out of the funds vested
in the body corporate in respect of all costs charges and expenses of and
incidental to the trusts herein declared.
