Stock in name of deceased purchaser

9. Stock in name of deceased purchaser

If any purchaser (not being a joint purchaser with any other) be dead at the
date of the issue of stock his name may be entered in the register for such
stock as it would have been if he had been then alive and his executors or
administrators may upon application to the Company become registered as the
holders of such stock as such executors or administrators.
