Account to be sent to stockholders and filed

24. Account to be sent to stockholders and filed

A printed copy of every profit and loss account shall be sent to each of the
registered holders of stock in the manner in which notices are hereinafter
directed to be served; and a printed copy shall be filed in the office of the
Registrar-General within twenty-one days after its preparation.
