Registered holder or joint holders

14. Registered holder or joint holders

Save as in this Act otherwise provided the Company shall be entitled to treat
the registered holder of any stock as the absolute owner thereof and in case
of the death of any one or more joint registered holders the Company will
recognize only the survivor or survivors as the absolute owner or owners
thereof and accordingly shall not except as ordered by a court of competent
jurisdiction be bound to recognize any equitable or other claim to or interest
in such stock on the part of any other person.
