Forests (Wood Pulp Agreement) Act 1996 - SECT 1 

Purpose

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to ratify an Agreement between the Minister
administering the Forests Act 1958 and AMCOR Limited with respect to the
supply of pulpwood for the manufacture of wood pulp and for other purposes.
