Regulations

9. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to
regulating and controlling the manner of cutting felling obtaining or removing
softwood timber in or from the area of supply.

(2) A person who contravenes or fails to comply with a regulation under
sub-section (1) shall be guilty of an offence.

Penalty: 15 penalty units or imprisonment for three months. __________________
