8. Costs and expenses to be paid out of Consolidated Fund

All costs and expenses incurred by the State of Victoria the Minister or the
Director-General in the carrying into effect of this Part and the Agreement
shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund which is hereby to the necessary
extent appropriated accordingly.
