4. Definitions, words and expressions

In this Part unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-

(a) "Agreement" means the Softwood Timber Agreement, a copy of which is set
out in Schedule 2 and includes the map annexed to the Agreement as executed, a
copy of which is lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered VIC. F.C.3;
and



"Director-General" has the same meaning as in the
Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987; and



   (b)  words and expressions shall have the meanings respectively assigned to
        them in the Agreement.
