1. Short title, commencement, Act to bind Crown



(1) This Act may be cited as the Forests (Wood Pulp Agreements) Act 1974 and
is divided into Parts as follows:



* * * * * Part II-Softwood Timber Agreement ss 4-9.

(2) This Act shall come into operation on the day it receives the Royal
Assent.

(3) This Act shall bind the Crown.
