Whole or any part or parts of Western Oval Reserve may be leased

3. Whole or any part or parts of Western Oval Reserve may be leased

The corporation of the municipality of Footscray as committee of management of
the whole of the Western Oval Reserve may, notwithstanding anything to the
contrary in any Act, lease the whole or any part or parts of that land for the
purposes set out in section 4(3) of the earlier Act on such terms and
conditions as are set out in that Act.
