Interpretation

2. Interpretation

In this Act-

(a) the Footscray (Recreation Ground) Lands Act 1968 is called "the earlier
Act";

(b) the land described in the First Schedule to the earlier Act and indicated
by black hatching and cross-hatching on the plan thereunder is called "the
Western Oval Reserve".
