Tribunal may reduce or waive charges

59. Tribunal may reduce or waive charges



(1) In a review under this Part, the Tribunal may order that any charge
payable under this Act or the regulations in respect of access to a document
be reduced or waived.

(2) The Tribunal cannot make an order under subsection (1) if it confirms the
decision the subject of the review.
