Notice may be given to persons who received the information prior to commencement of section

48. Notice may be given to persons who received the information prior to
commencement of section



Nothing in this Part is intended to prevent or discourage agencies or
Ministers from giving particulars of a notation added to a record in
accordance with section 47(a) to a person (including any agency or Minister)
to whom information contained in the record to which the notation relates was
furnished before the commencement of this section.
