45. When section 27 to apply



Section 27 applies in relation to a decision made under this Part refusing to
amend a record in like manner as it applies in relation to a decision made
under Part III refusing to grant access to a document in accordance with a
request made in accordance with section 17 and the reference in section 51 to
section 27 shall be read so as to include a reference to this section.
