Time within which agency or Minister must notify claimant

43. Time within which agency or Minister must notify claimant



Where a request is made to an agency or Minister under section 39, the agency
or Minister shall take all reasonable steps to enable the claimant to be
notified of a decision on the request as soon as practicable but in any case
not later than 30 days after the day on which the request is received by or on
behalf of the agency or Minister.
