Fraser National Park Act 1957 - SECOND SCHEDULE

Land, being land which is deemed to have been permanently reserved under the
Land Acts as a site for a national park and which pursuant to this Act, is
declared a national park under the National Parks Act 1956. Six thousand six
hundred acres, more or less, Parishes of Maintongoon, Wappan and Eildon,
County of Anglesey: Commencing at the north-western angle of allotment 27B,
section B, Parish of Maintongoon; bounded thence by the northern and eastern
boundaries of that allotment bearing easterly and southerly to the northern
boundary of allotment 1, section C; thence easterly by that boundary and a
line to a point distant one chain westerly from the Full Supply Level (R. L.
950 feet) of the Eildon Reservoir; thence in a generally southerly direction
by a line parallel to and one chain distant from the said Full Supply Level to
the western boundary of allotment 19, section B, Parish of Eildon; thence
southerly by that boundary to the southern boundary of allotment 53A; thence
westerly by that boundary, a line and the southern boundaries of allotments 53
and 53D to the western boundary of the latter allotment; thence northerly by
that boundary to the southern boundary of allotment 54B; thence south-westerly
and north-westerly by that boundary and a line to the south-eastern angle of
allotment 54F; thence generally south-weste rly by the northern boundary of
the road forming the southern boundaries of allotments 54F and 54G to the
western boundary of the latter allotment; thence north-westerly by that
boundary, a line, the western boundary of allotment 73, a line and the western
boundary of allotment 71 to the northern boundary thereof; thence easterly by
that boundary, a line and the northern boundary of allotment 72 to the western
boundary of allotment 14; and thence northerly by that boundary, the western
boundary of allotment 3, section C, Parish of Maintongoon, a line in
continuation thereof, the western boundary of allotment 27A, section B, a line
and the western boundary of allotment 27B to the commencing point.
