Land described in Second Schedule to be national park

3. Land described in Second Schedule to be national park

The land described in the Second Schedule to this Act shall be deemed by
virtue of this Act to have been permanently reserved under the Land Acts as a
site for a national park and is hereby declared to be a national park within
the meaning of the National Parks Act 1956.
