Lands described in First Schedule to be vested in Crown

2. Lands described in First Schedule to be vested in Crown

The land comprised in the Crown grants and certificates of title enumerated in
the First Schedule to this Act shall on the coming into operation of this Act
be and be deemed to be unalienated land of the Crown freed and discharged from
all trusts encumbrances reservations limitations and restrictions whatsoever
and from every estate or interest therein.
